Sattva California’s approach integrates all 8 limbs of yoga to allow you a comprehensive experience of life. Our classes are dynamic, integrative and holistic. We offer techniques including meditation, breathwork, kriya kundalini, hatha/vinyasa, yin, mantra, naada (sound), partner work, and supreme knowledge.

Designed for Busy Minds

Our Positive Mind Performance Training are “come as you are” 30 minute Breathwork and Meditation seated classes. You can sit on a couch or on a cushion. We will guide you through this practice. These life changing techniques support high energy levels, a strong immune system, and a state of ease and equanimity. All are welcome for this class.

Sattva Vinyasa Flow

Hatha Asana

Sattva Vinyasa Flow is an experience into the Shakti and Shiva that resides in each of us – the divine feminine and masculine energies. This class will bring balance to the body and mind through strong asana, pranayama, and kriya. Through Hatha Yoga, we balance the right and left sides of the body and clear pathways so energy can flow freely.

Sattva Yin Stretch & Heal

Restorative and Nervous System Reset

Sattva Yin Stretch and Heal invites practitioners to restore on a deep level using slow, gentle, long-held deep postures. Targeting the subtle energy bodies and connective tissues releases physical, energetic, and emotional blockages. This class cultivates mindfulness while increasing flexibility and mobility in the body. Great healing benefit for beginners, athletes, seniors, and advanced yogis.

Sattva Kundalini Kriya

AWAKENING AND TRANSFORMATIVE

Sattva Kriya Kundalini begins with simple breath and intention setting and then moves into kriya and asana to move out restless energy. These are time tested techniques from the Himalayas. Kriya is a liberating action that combines repetitive movement, mantra, breath, and mudras to create a moving meditation. Kriyas generate movement of energy that helps facilitate evolution in the body, mind, and spirit.

Sattva California's Signature Yoga Class

Our signature yoga class is holistic and integrated from the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic Tradition created to allow you to go deeper with your practice. Every class is unique, set to music and a theme. These classes have the intention to create a possibility where transformation can happen. While beginners are welcome, we recommend taking Sattva Kriya Kundalini and Sattva Flow classes prior to trying a Sattva Journey.

We offer Sattva Knowledge classes to improve our mental, physical and emotional well-being and better understand ourselves. Integrating all aspects of knowledge from the sciences of light, life and yoga, this is an opportunity to learn more about yoga, ayurveda and vedic astrology. Our intention is for students to experience radical transformation and realize enlightened living.

Meditation & Breathwork

Meditation and Breathwork

In addition to our Positive Mind Performance Training, we teach a variety of meditation and breathwork practices. Breathwork reduces stress and anxiety. Meditation is the foundation of yoga. Our premium Sattva Advanced Meditation Initiation is designed to teach you how to establish a successful, daily meditation practice. allowing you to reach deep transcendental states not accessible by meditation apps or thinking.
